Chess clubs with a Tuesday session 13

Tuesday is a full day at the clubs around Barcelona. In the city, Torrenegra in the Eixample keeps Tuesday evenings for its members and internal tournaments, Congrés and La Lira open their rooms in Sant Andreu, Tres Peons in Gràcia is open to its members every afternoon, and the chess section of the Ateneu Hortenc meets every Tuesday for its members. Escacs Comtal holds its evening at the Centre Cívic El Sortidor in Poble-sec.

Several clubs use the day for classes: L'Espiga in Les Corts and Catalunya Escacs Club in Sants teach children's groups by level, Sant Martí pairs its children's groups with an adult class for stronger federated players, and Vila Olímpica has run initiation and competition classes at a school in the neighbourhood. Beyond the city, Badalona plays its autumn promotion tournament on Tuesday evenings, and Sant Adrià and Sant Boi open their rooms in the late afternoon.
