Suggest a place or a correction

Use this form to add a club, café, outdoor board, course or tournament we do not list, or to correct an entry that is wrong or out of date. Organisers, players and passers-by are all welcome to write. A link we can open, such as a club page, a calendar, a programme or a dated post, is what lets us make the change.

Nothing is edited by hand between updates: every report is stored and read together at the next update of the list, and the result is dated in the update log. We do not reply unless your message asks for a reply.

What would you like to do?
Plain facts help most: the day, the time, the address, who runs it, whether newcomers can join.
A link to a club page, calendar, programme, federation listing or dated post. We change a card only when a source supports it.
Any name you use. It is kept with the report and never published.
A phone number or a messaging handle, if you prefer it to email.

Leave at least one way to reach you. We use it only if your message asks for a reply.

What happens to what you send is set out in the privacy notice.

What happens after you send it

  • Your report is stored as sent. Nobody acts on it by hand in the meantime.
  • At the next update of the list, all stored reports are read together with the sources they point to.
  • A card changes only when a source we can open supports the change, and each change is dated in the update log.
  • We do not reply unless your message asks for a reply and leaves a contact.
