Why the status reads this way

Only Time Out, 6 June 2017; no newer source found. Google Maps (2026-10-06): the restaurant is open, 4.6 from 3,181 reviews; the listing does not mention chess and the review text was not searched. secondary · [1]

A summary, in our words, of the latest dated evidence we found; the original quotes are in the source list.

Looked at again in a second pass: still no recent dated trace of chess here.

This card records what public sources state and when they stated it. It does not judge the level of play, the teaching or the place itself.
