Why the status reads this way

XXXIV edition running since 2026-09-29 at the club's local social; round 1 results posted 2026-09-29. Chess-results lists XXXIII Open Promoció Badalona on 2025-10-01 and the XXXIV on 2026-09-29; organiser field Club d'Escacs Badalona in 2026 (empty in 2025). Organiser and venue are taken from the chess-results search listing, not from the tournament page. secondary · [2]
